i maintain the listserv for:

please can you tell me how i can make it easy for my lists to unsubscribe - is
there a message i can put into my emails with an unsubscribe link?

at the moment the people on the list get an email from MY email address
([log in to unmask]) and i get all the out of office /
unsubscribe requests sent direct to me - i can't manage this!!

all help you can give will be of great help
