When navigating to the LISTSERV Command page I receive the following
error

Error during command authentication.
Unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV. Error code was 5
("Access is denied.") The server is probably not started.

If I refresh the page 6 to 10 times, it finally loads. This happens in
all browsers and from different locations. I have not experienced any
other problems.

Any ideas.
