We have had two nodes go away recently here.  Now that they are gone, is
there any way of removing any users on these extinct machines from various
lists.  Since the machines don't exist any more, we can't send the commands
from the proper node.  There aren't a lot, but the problem will arise from
time to time at other sites I would imagine.
