I'm having lots of problems with my listserv setup right now and I can't
figure out why, which probably means that I did something stupid.

The last line of the log is the one that is perplexing me:

No /$path/home/crash.status found!

I'm assuming that there is something that should be found there which
might help me figure out why I'm suddenly having problems with the
software, but it isn't being found.  Touching the file and changing
ownership doesn't seem to help as I don't think anything gets recorded
to the file when I do that.
