Well, I forget the whole sequence, but I originally signed onto this
list because there is some general "How to setup a Mailing List"
documentation someplace on the net.  The number one recommendation for
finding a free home for "your new list" is posting a request to THIS
mailing list.  So, what you are seeing are the folks who have done their
homework and are following the instructions.  Unfortunately, I have
contacted a number of these posters and NOT ONE that I know of has
actually gotten a home for their list though this mailing list!
 
If this is not what Eric and crew want, I can try and back track the
source so he can get the recommendation removed.
