With Max(1), it will be dropped after the first bounce. The only 
effect that Delay() has when Max is 1, is that if you have 
Max(1),Delay(0) the auto-deletion happens immediately and no Error 
Monitoring Report is produced, whereas if Delay is greater than 0, it 
waits for the following morning and you get a report.
