I have a user who just signed on a list, trknws-l, and tried to send
to that list.  each time, he gets back a 'you are not on this list'
message, even though he is, and yes, i have erased the cache, even
stopped/restarted listserv, and listserv refuses to recognize the
name.  If i give an add command, it says that the name has been updated.
What else do i have to do to get listserv to recognize that the user is
on the |*&@#$%)(* list?
