Now that MAILFORMs are  much more powerful, maybe it would  be useful to allow
the  inclusion of  a  list-specific  blurb from  the  standard  mailform on  a
list-per-list basis.  The current  problems with non-standard  mailforms (like
for example ARPA) or with mailforms customized for a list (for example, a list
for which there is a special  FILELIST storing related files could indicate it
in the subscription notice) are that it is difficult to maintain them in synch
with the standard  one, and even if  someone takes care of  maintaining it (eg
for ARPA) it still has to be installed manually by postmasters.
 
I am thinking of something like
 
  Standard_Text = No | Yes<,fileid>
 
which could default to NO, and allow  in the YES case the specification of the
fileid of the file to be included.
