Yes and no.  Yes, because you are subscribed to both the UGA and SEARN
peer lists.  No, because you probably didn't intend to be subscribed to
two different peers of the same list.
 
You can stop the duplication by signing off one.  You probably want to
sign off [log in to unmask]  [You probably are closer to Georgia than
Sweden by any reasonable definition, but the only metric available to
LISTSERV (weighted distance along NJE links to the virtual node
INTERBIT) shows UGA and SEARN equidistant from any domain not given
an explicit gateway in DOMAIN NAMES, so neither would have forwarded a
subscription address to the other.  This is a known problem and people
are working on it by proposing registering more official connections to
INTERBIT, but in the particular case of UGA and SEARN even that would
not help.  They would remain equidistant as each would be directly
connected and there is no static metric for Internet distance.]
