We have a new member on our blues list from Russia.

He gets messages from me fine, he got the "confirmation" post from the
listserver to sign on.

But he is not getting the list.

We have another poster who is also in Russia who does get the list. I am
contacting him also, to see fi he has any ideas, but I thought I would check
here also.

Any ideas as to what the problem may be? (He has been subscribed for about
two weeks, so I hope it is not just a LOOOONNNGGG  delay).
