IF I read the two logs timestamps correctly (assming all clocks are in-sync), the bounce occurred AFTER it was accepted i.e., the mail was delivered, and then the receiving MTA turned around and sent it to the RFC821 MAIL FROM field.

14:52:32 beast.AIP.ORG( 75) >>> 250 beast.int.aip.org: Message accepted for delivery
14:52:35 beast.AIP.ORG( 75) <<< QUIT

So like Mike said, looks like more info is required e.g., the SMTP log of the recipient MX host[s]

Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]

C:\temp>nslookup

Non-authoritative answer:
AIP.ORG MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = beast.AIP.ORG
AIP.ORG MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = wolverine.AIP.ORG
AIP.ORG MX preference = 20, mail exchanger = mailgate-2a.AIP.ORG

AIP.ORG nameserver = ns-1.AIP.ORG
AIP.ORG nameserver = ns-2.AIP.ORG
AIP.ORG nameserver = ns-3.AIP.ORG
beast.AIP.ORG internet address = 192.58.150.54
wolverine.AIP.ORG internet address = 192.58.150.55
mailgate-2a.AIP.ORG internet address = 38.144.200.26
ns-1.AIP.ORG internet address = 192.58.150.21
ns-2.AIP.ORG internet address = 38.144.200.21
ns-3.AIP.ORG internet address = 67.72.105.21

[I'm sure you will observe a slight mismatch (if it matters) between the NSLOOKUP MX hostnames beast.aip.org and the reported hostname that accepted delivery in your logs -- I'm not a sufficent expert in such things to know if it makes a dif.]
