The problem is that there's no easy way to get this to happen at the same time
as the rest of the list-creation process - this is a hassle in our environment,
as most lists are created from homegrown interfaces, so we have a cron job
that scans the ~listserv/home directory for *.list, looks for entries in
/etc/aliases, and builds new stuff as needed...
