This garbling business is starting to get rather frequent.  This is
the second one today.  It was suggested at the last BITTECH that it
might have something to do with Eric's compression algorithym which
is running on the CUNYVM-UCBCMSA link.  How about it, Eric?  Sound
like a possibility?  Any idea on how we can trace the culprit
anyone?
