Hi Liz,

Thanks for the advice.  I've never really used AOL myself.  But, AOL must be using HTML in its messages because whenever she sends me a regular message directly and I reply to it including her message inline, it always has HTML tags in it.

Does HTML prevent the Bottom Banner from going out?

Is there something I can tell her to do so that her messages from AOL are not in HTML format?
