Reportedly, the relays.osirusoft.com blocking list has shut down,
probably due to continuing distributed denial of service (DDoS)
attacks.  It now returns "positive" (127.0.0.2) for ANY address, with
a text record of "Please stop using relays.osirusoft.com".

They don't seem to have notified anybody beforehand.

Ask the sites using the blocking list to do their homework.  They
should be able to verify quickly that relays.orisusoft.com is no
longer operating a meaningful blocking list.
