Subject: Finding a LISTSERV willing to carry a new list

I'm not sure if this is the right list for this question. If not,
please direct me to the correct one.

I am moderator of the Amnesty International List which is currently
based on the LISTSERV at JHUVM. The traffic on that list has begun to
deviate from the purpose of the list, which is the distribution of AI
Urgent Action Appeals, and discussions relating to those UAs. What we
would like to do is set up a separate list for discussions on human
rights issues, and possibly gateway the list to the USENET group
soc.human.rights.

The administration at JHUVM does not wish to carry an
additional list. I would be willing to moderate the group. If anyone
would be willing to create this new group on their LISTSERV, please
let me know.

Thanks,

        jeff
