I am assuming you put this bottom banner in the default mail template
(default.mailtpl).  To override it for one specific list, create a
listname.mailtpl for that list which contains a BB template without the
unsubscribe link.  To eliminate the BB for that list, the
listname.mailtpl would contain:

   >>> BOTTOM_BANNER Bottom banner for list postings
   .qq

If my assumption is wrong, and you put it in the several
listname.mailtpl files, just remove it from the mailtpl for that list.
