I recently set the following Digest keyword in one of our lists:
*  Digest= Yes,same,daily,04:30
 
I wanted the digest to be sent out at 4:30AM.  Seems that is it being
sent at 4:00AM.  So I checked the 1.8b owners manual: it says that
the 'when' parameter of the Digest keyword is in the format hh:ss.
This seems sort of odd: would 4:30 be 04:1800 ??
 
Don't really mind it going out on the hour... but just curious.
