i am proposing a mailing list for the rock group the Charlatans
 
there have been many alt newsgroups created lately for other similar english
bands such as blur and oasis and pulp. the charlatans have been releasing
records for as long as any of these bands have and have a sizeable following
so i feel that the creation of a mailing list is not foolish or hasty.
 
if a response could be mailed to me privately that would be preferred. i am
confident that the creation of this mailing list would not be a mistake but
rather a place where many fans could congregate. thank you
