I can offer one suggestion:  Perhaps the "comma" is the problem.  If it
treated the comma as a command separator, then it would think only "Suppona"
was supplied as the name.

Why not try entering the name this way:

  QUIET ADD org-04911 [log in to unmask] Roger Suppona
