Where can I find documentation (explaination and syntax) on all list
header keywords recognized by listserv.
 
I just found out about a 'Filter=' keyword that might help with
loops, however I have no explaination of how this works or its syntax.
It is not mentioned in the LISTKEYW MEMO document.
 
Any help would be appreciated
