I have been flooded with requests for subscription to LSTSRV-B. I don't want
to vex anybody, but I don't want  to have more than 10 beta-test sites either,
otherwise it's no longer a beta-test :-) I had to force a few subscriptions to
be NOFILES temporarily. The first 10 requests were left with FILES on, and the
remainder forced to NOFILES. As people  who initially wanted to have a NOFILES
subscription only start  changing them back to NOFILES of  their own accord, I
will let people which  I have forced to NOFILES to change back  to FILES. If I
have forced  your subscription to  NOFILES and this  is the way  you initially
wanted it anyway,  please send me mail  so that I don't change  you back later
:-)
