I've recently noticed that BITEARN DISTSUM is slowing and steadily
growing in size. There are quite a few duplicate entries. The duplicates
share two common properties. They are:

1) All duplicate entries are domain addresses.
2) All such domain addresses can be found in the :internet. tag
   in BITEARN NODES.

Domain addresses in BITEARN DISTSUM that are not in BITEARN NODES are not
duplicated. NJE addresses are not duplicated.

It seemed to start with the installation of VERS9201, but that may just
be coincidence or I may have just noticed it then. I've tried erasing
BITEARN DISTSUM and re-runing NODESGEN to no avail. Is this situation
normal?
