I found a few entries in the log file for the list owner with one entry showing
that he approved a message for the list ...

	2 Mar 2006 09:13:48 From [email address]: APPROVE [LISTNAME] 04F45E

... but there was no message sent to the list on Mar 2nd.

Any ideas on where to go from here to figure out how a message got approved, but
not distributed?
