Just did this today
from the web interface select Server management then site wide dynamic web
templates
You need to change the template "Main page for changelogs"
search for <option value="2004" &+SEL_a2004;>2004     = copy the line and change
to 2005 etc....
<option value="2004" &+SEL_A2004;>2004                = copy the line and change
to 2005 etc...

save and try again.

In the web interface, the list changelog reports screen lets me run
reports up through 2004.  I'm running Listserv 14.4, which should reflect
newer dates than that!

How do I run current reports?
