I'm afraid not.  It is stupid to  use all-numbers userids (I  know, it's not
your decision and you  can probably do nothing about it). But  I don't want to
make  use  of  a  program  which   would  require  class  E  and  might  cause
compatibility  problems  with SP5.  I'm  afraid  what  you  need is  a  userid
restructuration or a mod to your CP.
