I am new to this list and have received the LISTSERV 1.7e files. I am
going to install the LISTSERV on VM/SP 5.1 and I have a few questions.
I should also note that system programming is new to me and this is my
learning project. If I should not ask these questions here let me know.
 
1. Are the procedures different for installing LISTSERV if you are going
to use the LISTSERV for local lists only?
 
2. For VM/SP an english message repository is required (UCENG or AMENG),
how can you find out if you have this? Can I use some type of CMS QUE RY
command?
 
3. How do you find out if your CMS is running with FULLSCREEN OFF in eff
ect?
 
Any help would be appreciated.
