Let me ask you a couple of questions about your list:
 
 
1)  Is it academic in nature (ie, is any money going to change hands, or any
    advertising to be done on the list?)
 
2)  Will your proposed list to discuss the President refrain from the illegal
    (threats to kill, etc)?  :)
