The message says "probably" because LISTSERV has no way to know for sure.
It sent a  file to RSCS, and  RSCS sent it back -  presumably because the
destination node is unknown, perhaps because the tag had incorrect syntax
or because the moon was in the wrong phase. You should have a look at the
files; if  the VIA list contains  TEMPLEVM, they were indeed  meant to be
sent to wherever it is they are tagged for, so just transfer them to RSCS
and they will  be processed. Otherwise you have to  RECEIVE them and send
them back from a postmaster userid.
