Can someone give me the simple steps to adding a top_banner to each message
that is sent out via listserv?  I have a default.mailtpl file.  I created a
listname.mailtpl file with the top_banner information.  I tried adding it
directly to the default, but it didn't work.  I am using text and not html
banners.  I have read the manuals and archives.  I think I'm missing
something.
