I use the e-mail support service and generally find it extremely helpfu.  When I
have a specific problem and am in real trouble, they get back in a timely manner
with the right targeted information.

On issues that are more complex or are on how to due something out of the
ordinary, they could be more helpful and it even would be helpful to have a live
conversation instead of e-mail.
