Wanting to take advantage of LISTSERV's scheduling capabilities, I added
an entry "CMS REPTRMDR" to WAKEPARM FILE on LISTSERV's 191 disk, so that
the first few lines of WAKEPARM FILE look like:

* Local additions (BEC):
M-F 08:00:00 06/01/90 CP TRANSFER RSCSV2 PUN ALL TO POSTMAST
M-F 14:00:00 06/01/90 CP TRANSFER RSCSV2 PUN ALL TO POSTMAST
==/01/== 10:00:00 00/00/00 CMS REPTRMDR
* End of local additions
*
MON      06:00:00 05/28/90 EXEC LSVEXPIR
ALL      10:00:00 06/01/90 Call LSVCHK   'Database1'
ALL 12:00:00 06/01/90 CMS LSVCLGBV LASTING
etc. etc. etc.

The file was LSVPUT(PUTC to LISTSERV 6/1 at about 09:33 and a SHUTDOWN
REIPL command given. The REPTRMDR exec (which is also on LISTSERV 191)
failed to execute at 10:00. In fact, ALL the wakeup events in LISTSERV's
console log from then to now are shown below:

1 Jun 1990 09:33:56 Executing WAKEUP event: 02:00:00 Call LSVXAFD 'Delayed AFD
1 Jun 1990 09:33:57 Executing WAKEUP event: 08:00:00 CP TRANSFER RSCSV2 PUN ALL
1 Jun 1990 10:00:02 Executing WAKEUP event: 10:00:00 Call LSVCHK   'Database1'
1 Jun 1990 12:00:00 Executing WAKEUP event: 12:00:00 CMS LSVCLGBV LASTING
1 Jun 1990 14:00:00 Executing WAKEUP event: 14:00:00 CP TRANSFER RSCSV2 PUN ALL
1 Jun 1990 18:00:00 Executing WAKEUP event: 18:00:00 CMS EXECMAP
1 Jun 1990 22:00:01 Executing WAKEUP event: 22:00:00 Call LSVXAFD 'Delayed AFD
1 Jun 1990 22:00:01 Executing WAKEUP event: 22:00:00 Call LSVXAFD 'Delayed AFD

Anybody have an idea what the problem is?
