Have you pay attention to SMTP_FORWARD keyword?  Please see document on
Lsoft regarding to this keywords.
We have the same experience before but Lsoft supports help us out.  We
just want to share.

Please check your listserv site configuration and modify that variable
"SMTP_FORWARD" to increase the number of the SMTP worker.
