damaged downstream node

As of approx 19:36, one of our downstream nodes SNYCENVA appears to be
bouncing all mail with error message  SMTPUSER@SNYCENVA not found
 
where SMTPUSER is listed on the server1 record of the node entry
 
I can't seem to get in touch with anyone at that site - is there anyway
I can tell MY listserv not to distribute to that site ?
