Are you saying you don't get the message from an LSMTP POP account or is
this with Yahoo or some other ISP's mailer?  I have to assume the latter
at this point. The first place I would check is the LISTSERV/SPOOL for any
old  *.MAIL  files. Then LSMTP to make sure the message was sent. After
that you can blame the ISP (which is most likely the case).
