For the last few days I have not been able to effect any administrative
command at [log in to unmask] I wonder what is wrong. I cannot even get a
feed back when I sent a query command. I tried with my password, still
nothing happened. However when I accessed the server through another e-mail,
it responded.

Can someone help?
