At Virginia Department of Health, we may well be getting into some
searches. We have thought we may approach this with an XEDIT panel
that would control what the user was allowed to do. They would
simply put in what they wanted to find, it would build the rest and
send it to LISTSERV. In our case the listname may be fixed, etc.
 
Might that be an "easy" approach?
