Ooops. The private option is leftover from our previous listserv (we
switched last December). I've fixed it to be By_Owner now, but
interestingly enough, it's been working as desired (sending all
subscriptions to the owner for approval) for the last several months. Thanks
for noticing that.
There are no keywords in the hidden section--just some comments on the
list. I'm not sure what you're getting at with the embedded spaces, but the
spaces (or lack thereof) around the = and , are the same as seen in the
listowner's manual.

At the end of this message are two of the loop messages as requested by
another list member.

BTW, though I have not performed a programmtic check, your list headers
looks suspect:

e.g., I checked the manual and can't find a PRIVATE operand for
SUBSCRIPTION. I tried to find syntax of generic keyword operands and did
not see anything about embedded spaces between operands

Of course I can't see the hidden keywords.
