No.  Under WINDOWS the jobview.exe is installed in normal installation procedure
in the x:\LISTSERV\SPOOL directory.  It is also availabel from later download
from our FTP site if you accidentally deleted it.

this is ready to run.  Just change the name to jobview.exe.
