LSVXM1 'DIGESTSND'

In scanning  the console log  for LISTSERV  1.7f-9 I noticed  that digest
distribution  was  no  longer  synchronized  with  the  calls  to  LSVXM1
'DIGESTSND' in WAKEPARM FILE. Is that call no longer needed?
