    Describe to me how this relates to "trespass of chattels",
whereby someone is preventing abuse of their property, especially
whereby they are being compelled to pay for the abuse of said
property.

    We are not obliged, BY LAW, to accept anything, since the AOL
mail system is private property.  Therefore, your entire argument
is null and void.


    And that's the last I'll say on this particular issue.
