I am suddenly having strange problems with Listserv here.
(we recently converted from VM HPO 4.2 to VM HPO 5)
 
Problem: user sends a memo to one of the listserv lists here.
         memo gets distributed normally.
         however after the first normal memo, a series of other memos follow,
         from Listserv to the list, where each successive message has a ">"
         added (prepended to the first line of the original memo.
         Successive memos each add yet another ">" to the start of the first
         line until ten memos are sent and the list becomes "disabled".
 
I can add additional specifics if anyone has a clue as to what might be going
on.  Thanks in advance.
