I am looking for ideas or suggestions about ways to provide WWW access
to archives of a given list.  I see that the default.mailtpl file
contains some HTML formatting commands that appear to be written for
this purpose, but I see nothing in the documentation that explains how
this should be done.
 
        All suggestions will be most appreciated.
