tes on this system so I "omitted" to forward the original piece of mail...

 I am trying to operate a list VECTOR-L (which I 'OWN') on CANADA01
from a remote MVS machine. As my first act I am trying to register an
alternate owner (my TSO id). Since our local mail system will not do a
SENDFILE from a mail id I have to use batch. The LISTSERV machine
rejects the following, saying STORE is not a command. (The first two
lines are the code to make it leave here). Doing an ADD in this way
seems to work.
     What am I doing wrong.
