Hi all,

We are trying to tidy up the web interface for our archives and no matter
what we try the 'Sort by Author' icon will not go away.  We have set both
the site-wide and individual-list layout customization templates to 'NO' in
the 'include?' icon area, but to no avail. Has anyone else experienced
this?  Any workarounds?  Thanks for your help.
