Quite so.

Another feature to encourage in competitors is
that they allow/encourage ordinary users to
determine domain-wide spam-blocks during
everyday mail processing.

Allowing AOL users to decide what e-mail
OTHER AOL users will receive, for instance,
by offering a simple button to push that says,
in effect, "I don't want anyone else to see
messages from this source."
