        I am writing to you as I am trying to start my own list server about
fishing primaraly carp.  Curently there apear to be no listservers based on that
subject.  I have managed to find several people who are interested and are
"waiting in the wings" to subscribe. It has been sujested that you may be able
to help me find a site to host this list, I am prepaired to be the
moderator/manager.
 
        I would be greatful to hear any advice as to how to go about starting
a list or wherE to look for a host.
