Agreed, check your /etc/sendmail.cf file for the Mprog delivery agent. It
should look something like:
Mprog, P=/usr/sbin/smrsh, F=lsDFMoqu9, S=10/30, R=20/40, D=$z:/,
T=X-Unix,
A=sh -c $u
