I've been looking around for explicit information regarding the
SERVE command.  For individual addresses the command seems to be
 
  SERVE userid@domain      <serve address on>
  SERVE userid@domain off  <serve address off>
 
My specific question is can the fields userid and domain be wild carded
and if so how?  Is this command documented anywhere?
