I suppose she has a point in that the above suggests that somehow an
updated Roll(1) of valid ID's is falling out of the sky once a month, and
the act of doing a "quiet delete listname *@*" followed by a bulk
registration job wrapped around that Roll(1) of ID's could be automated.
It should still have a human doing a post-run sanity check, one that can
be vigilant for years.
